G R Sridhar is the Whole-time Director (Head of Plant Operations) at MPL. He is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and product quality while upholding the highest safety standards at the company’s manufacturing plants.

Sridhar has 33 years of experience in production, maintenance, R&D, safety, and environment.

Before joining MPL in 2022 as General Manager (Operations), Sridhar was AVP of Operations at Ultramarine Pigments. He later became an Additional Director and was appointed Whole-time Director (Operations) in 2024.
