Devaki Muthiah Chardon
Director
Devaki Muthiah Chardon is a Director on the board of AM UK Holdings. She is also a board member of Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Limited (SPIC), Manali Petrochemicals Limited (MPL), and Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (TFL), the Indian listed entities of the fertiliser and petrochemical verticals. Devaki also serves on the boards of MPL’s UK-based subsidiaries, Penn Globe Limited and Notedome Limited.
With a focus on strategic growth and creating a future-ready organization, she leads key initiatives in human resources and talent development, compliance, communication & digital transformation.
Devaki is the first of the fourth generation of the founder’s family. Till 2023, she served as a senior analyst at an independent investment management firm in London. In addition, she has actively volunteered as a mentor for GAIN (Girls are Investors) charity in the UK.
Qualification
- MA (Hons.) in Business Administration and Management from The University of Edinburgh, Scotland
- Certification in Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL)
